  • Analyze market trends and competitor data for strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals, improving overall operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic business projects and initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations for technological advancements to streamline operations.
  • Conduct impact analysis to assess potential changes to business systems and processes.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a business setting.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and business process modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and business intelligence software preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks within tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
