Job Description

We are seeking a Written Content Manager to lead, create, and oversee all written content across the company’s marketing ecosystem. This role requires an exceptional writer with a strategic mindset—someone who can produce high-quality content that educates, engages, and converts. This is a hands-on role: you will write a significant portion of the content yourself while guiding internal and external contributors to ensure consistency, clarity, and excellence.


Role Overview

The Written Content Manager will own the editorial calendar and be responsible for blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, landing pages, email marketing, and additional content touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—marketing, legal, partnerships—as well as external suppliers to maintain a unified brand voice and ensure all content meets the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all company channels.
  • Write high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, social media, landing pages, and marketing emails.
  • Manage external writers, editors, and service providers, including creating briefs, reviewing submissions, and ensuring quality control.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and style in all written communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, legal updates, and partnership initiatives.
  • Optimize written content for SEO, readability, and user experience.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and results.
  • Ensure all published content is accurate, well-researched, and aligned with brand standards.


Requirements

  • Proven experience producing written content for blogs, LinkedIn, email marketing, and similar channels.
  • Native-level English writing ability with strong editorial and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing freelancers or external service providers.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Understanding of SEO principles is an advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce, legal, or tech content is a plus but not required.
