Bookkeeper - Odoo ERP AU Education Services Work From Home

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Australian bookkeeping, including GST, BAS, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP, particularly the Accounting, Purchase, Sales, and Inventory modules.
• Experience with payment gateway reconciliations (e.g., Shopify Payments).
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  
  

• Shopify or e-commerce experience (not required)
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity.
  
  

• Manage Australian bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, BAS support, bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
• Process purchase orders, RFQs, stock receipts, backorders, and supplier follow-ups in Odoo.
• Support sales operations by processing order changes, cancellations, refunds, and wholesale orders.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, inventory, and master data within Odoo.
