Position Overview:

We are looking for a Bilingual Operations Assistant (English – Spanish) to support Soccer franchise operations with administrative tasks, customer service, and coach recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage all incoming phone calls during business hours.
• Administer program seasons and manage participant rosters.
• Schedule coaches and coordinate field logistics.
• Process basic invoicing and expense tracking.
• Post recruitment ads on Indeed, Career Plug, and Craigslist.
• Conduct initial phone screenings of coaching applicants.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Professional English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn new platforms.
• Experience with customer service and scheduling systems.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• Available during US business hours.
