Setup: Fully Remote (Candidates must be based in the Philippines)

Work Hours: Full-Time, Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Candidates must have prior legal experience working with U.S. law firms and/or within domestic legal settings.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized Bankruptcy Case Manager to support our bankruptcy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple cases, coordinating with clients and attorneys, and ensuring all filings and deadlines are met efficiently. You’ll oversee case progress, track documentation, and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the bankruptcy process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7, 11, or 13) from intake through discharge or closure
• Communicate with clients to gather financial information, clarify questions, and provide updates
• Track court deadlines, filing dates, and document submissions to ensure timely compliance
• Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, and creditors as needed to resolve case issues
• Maintain organized digital and physical case files with all required documentation
• Enter and update case information in case management software
• Prepare reports and summaries for attorneys regarding case status
• Provide general administrative support to the bankruptcy team
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in bankruptcy case management or paralegal support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with bankruptcy procedures, court filing requirements, and financial documentation
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with case management software (Clio, MyCase, or equivalent preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document formatting
