Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Backend Developer with strong React experience and a proven background in fintech or payments to build a new internal agent dashboard. This dashboard will centralize and display data pulled from three external platforms via API integrations and is a critical component of a broader, company-wide system revamp.

This role requires someone who can contribute immediately, work independently, and deliver quickly without heavy oversight.

Project Overview

• Build a new agent-facing dashboard using React

• Integrate and normalize data from three third-party platforms via open APIs

• Ensure accurate handling and presentation of payment-related data and flows

• Deliver a stable, scalable solution under tight timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a React-based dashboard application

• Integrate multiple third-party APIs and parse complex data structures

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across fintech/payment workflows

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate development while fully understanding the underlying logic

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with React

• Proven background in fintech, payments, or financial systems

• Solid experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Strong understanding of data handling, edge cases, and error states

• High proficiency in spoken and written English

• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
