B2B Supplier Acquisition And Onboarding Specialist Facility Management

Overview:

Drive real impact as our next B2B Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist! In this high-growth remote role, you will help scale our network of blue-collar service partners by matching skilled trade professionals with lucrative contracts from top national accounts (e.g., Walmart, Best Buy).

We are looking for someone with a direct background or working knowledge in Facility Management, skilled trades, or blue-collar service industries. Instead of aggressive cold-calling, your primary focus will be guiding pre-qualified service businesses through our onboarding pipeline, verifying credentials, and building long-term network partnerships.

Schedule & Perks:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break | 40 work hours/week)
• Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor (Permanent Work-From-Home)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & Engage: Contact pre-qualified service businesses (electricians, locksmiths, landscapers, HVAC tech, etc.) using our proprietary dashboard platform.
• Onboard & Guide: Walk new suppliers through the full platform onboarding process, explaining network benefits clearly and concisely.
• Documentation & Verification: Collect, review, and verify required licenses, insurance, and onboarding paperwork from new service partners.
• Pipeline Management: Track signup metrics, follow up with pending candidates, and maintain clean interaction records in our CRM.
• Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted point of contact, turning initial signups into active, long-term network partners.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience (Essential): Prior experience working within or supporting the Facility Management, skilled trades, blue-collar service industries (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, construction, dispatching, or commercial facilities management).
• Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a professional, engaging, and friendly phone presence.
• Process & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-up habits, and high accuracy when handling documentation and candidate pipeline stages.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping local service businesses grow and supporting tradespeople through clear guidance.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, web dashboards, and online platforms.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):

• Experience in service dispatching, vendor coordination, or B2B customer support.
• Background working with remote CRM software and databases.
