JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Executive Career Outreach Specialist to conduct targeted research and outreach to manufacturing company leaders on behalf of a senior executive. This role combines lead generation, research, and relationship-building to identify and connect with decision-makers at manufacturing companies across the United States. The ideal candidate will manage the complete outreach cycle from list building through initial contact and follow-up coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and compile lists of manufacturing companies in targeted states, starting with Texas, Louisiana, and Florida, focusing on consumer durables, consumer products, and industrial manufacturers.
Utilize professional networking platforms and business intelligence tools to identify and gather contact information for executive-level decision-makers at target companies.
Execute email outreach campaigns to introduce the executives credentials and express interest in potential opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate 15-minute introductory calls between the executive and interested company leaders.
Maintain organized tracking systems for outreach activities, responses, and follow-up requirements.
Collaborate with the executive every two days for approximately one hour to review progress, refine targeting, and adjust outreach strategies.
Manage approximately 50 companies per outreach cycle and progress to subsequent lists upon completion.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or executive research roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear command of English for professional business correspondence.
Strong research skills and ability to navigate business intelligence platforms and professional networking tools.
Self-directed work style with ability to maintain productivity during independent work periods between check-ins.
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with manufacturing industry landscape and organizational structures.
Experience with CRM systems and outreach automation tools.
Background in B2B sales or executive recruiting environments.
Knowledge of US geographic business climates and state-level business environments.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
