Job Overview

This role is responsible for conducting outbound calls to businesses, identifying the right decision-makers, and introducing services in a professional and conversational manner. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, and the ability to manage call tracking using Smartsheet and CRM tools.

Job Highlights

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 4 hours per day between 9am and 4pm EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Call businesses (dental clinics, law firms, offices)
• Ask simple questions to reach the right person
• Introduce our service in a natural, conversational way
• Book short responses or walkthroughs
• Track calls and outcomes

Requirements

• Must be able to use Smartsheet
• Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills.
• Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
