Job Role Summary/Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and social media efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about digital trends. You’ll work directly with our marketing team to bring our brand to life online, help drive engagement, and execute campaigns that generate results.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 5, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Reno, NV time with a 1-hour lunch break (Unpaid)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

Social Media Support

  • Planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing posts/reels across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Engage with followers—liking, commenting, replying to DMs to foster community
  • Track trends and suggest ideas for reels, stories, and static content
  • Monitor analytics and provide basic monthly performance reports


Content Creation

  • Draft captions, blog posts, and assist with newsletters and promotional copy
  • Repurpose content from podcasts, webinars, and videos into social-ready formats
  • Coordinate graphic design via Canva or with a design team
  • Organize and manage a content calendar


Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • Manage and update email lists and contact databases
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Research competitors, trends, and new marketing tools
  • Manage Website SEO needs in WordPress. Update, fix, monitor, and improve performance.


Requirements

  • Experience with B2B Marketing
  • Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and experience with HubSpot would be great
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with WordPress and SEO management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Bonus: Experience in the dental, health, or consulting space
