Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive B2B Inbound Lead Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on high-volume lead conversion, working within established automation workflows to bridge the gap between initial interest and discovery sessions. You will collaborate with a small, focused team to ensure every lead is nurtured and properly documented within the CRM.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Australian Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Scope

  • Manage approximately 140 inbound leads per month
  • Primary focus on inbound lead conversion with potential outbound expansion
  • Work within established HubSpot automation workflows
  • Collaborate with a 3-person existing team handling lead processes
  • Training provided on company-specific SOPs and internal software systems


Responsibilities

  • Call inbound leads to schedule discovery sessions with the sales team
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
  • Conduct follow-up calls on leads that havent responded initially
  • Handle invoice follow-ups and customer communication calls
  • Update lead status and information in the HubSpot automation system
  • Create and maintain documentation to assist internal team processes
  • Potentially conduct outbound prospecting activities when capacity allows
  • Work with company SOPs and internal software systems


Requirements

  • Experience with B2B appointment setting and lead management
  • Comfortable communicating with both business clients and individual entrepreneurs
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to have intuitive conversations about digital solutions
  • Experience working in startup environments and wearing multiple hats
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong communication skills for phone-based interactions
  • Ability to follow SOPs and create documentation
  • Comfortable with call recording and monitoring systems

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
