Job Highlights

• Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 80,000
• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break | Duluth, MN, Central time
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize client onboarding processes through Monday.com and Zapier integrations
• Develop and maintain automation workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Handle expansion projects related to Zapier and Monday.com capabilities
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing automation systems
• Customize Monday.com configurations to meet specific client requirements
• Integrate Monday.com with other software systems as needed
• Streamline time-consuming manual processes through automation solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Monday.com platform configuration and customization
• Strong expertise in Zapier automation and workflow creation
• Experience with system integrations and API connections
• Background in client onboarding or process optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex automation systems
• Experience working in a client-facing or service-oriented environment
