Automation And Webflow Specialist

This remote role involves maintaining, optimizing, and scaling the Airtable and Zapier infrastructure for a venture capital firm. You will own the full Webflow lifecycle—from CMS architecture and dynamic content to webhooks and custom integrations. The specialist will work with operations and investment teams to power internal systems, from deal tracking to founder onboarding and portfolio operations. The primary focus is on improving existing workflows and building new automations quickly. You will work 40 hours/week during U.S business hours and receive weekly payment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, optimize, and scale the Airtable and Zapier infrastructure

- Ability to architect and integrate a full new website within Webflow, from setting up project structure and CMS collections to connecting custom domains and deploying live

- Improve Airtable workflows, building new views, restructuring bases, and setting up Zapier automations

- Manage startup pipeline and deal-tracking systems in Airtable

- Develop founder application and onboarding automation

- Ensure CRM and data synchronization between Airtable and other tools

- Create multi-step Zapier workflows connecting Airtable to the broader tech stack

- Build internal dashboards and reporting views for investment and operations teams

- Help build and maintain the automation layer behind a modern venture capital platform

Key Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in building automation and workflows for U.S businesses/clients

- Strong, demonstrated proficiency in Airtable, including bases, fields, linked records, views, and native automations

- Experience building multi-step Zaps in Zapier, including conditional logic and multi-app workflows

- Familiarity with supporting tools such as Typeform and Google Workspace is a plus

- Website design and website building (Webflow & Figma) is a must
