Job Description

An Associate, Client Support (Energy) plays a crucial role in ensuring that energy sector clients receive the highest level of service and support. This position involves being the primary point of contact for clients in the energy sector, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support for their needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with detailed information on energy products and services.

  • Create and maintain client support documentation and resources.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction with services.
  • Support the onboarding process for new energy sector clients.
  • Track and report on client support metrics and performance indicators.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for client support staff.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and changes impacting energy clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the energy market and its operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
