Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
