Job Description

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department’s initiatives and strategies. You will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure the smooth operation of the marketing team. Your focus will be on analyzing consumer behavior, developing promotional campaigns, and providing valuable insights to drive marketing initiatives that bolster our brand’s market presence. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze consumer behavior and trends.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive marketing reports and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage promotional events and other marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain content calendars and assist with content creation for various platforms.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and marketing metrics.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing manager and the wider team.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably at an assistant level.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, such as CRM and content management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
