  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue streams.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, sales, and service activities.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints by investigating issues and providing solutions.
  • Provide administrative support by handling correspondence and organizing data effectively.
  • Participate in professional development workshops to enhance skills relevant to account management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics accurately.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
