Job Description

The Assistant Key Account Manager 20N25 is a vital role within our organization, responsible for supporting the management and growth of our key accounts. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales and account management strategies. The Assistant Key Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Key Account Manager to develop and implement business strategies that meet and exceed client expectations. This role is essential in fostering long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Senior Key Account Manager to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Support the negotiation process for contracts and renewals with key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Manage and resolve client issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting regular meetings with key accounts.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track and enhance account performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service consistently.
