We’re hiring: Assistant Head of Operations – Ecomflow

Ecomflow is looking for a highly driven Assistant Head of Operations to support the leadership team in managing global fulfillment and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational leadership experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Operations in overseeing daily fulfillment and warehouse operations

• Ensure smooth execution of operational priorities and communicate workflow updates to global teams

• Improve SOPs and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability

• Lead, train, and support warehouse and operations teams to achieve performance targets

• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Support warehouse expansion, automation, and scaling projects

Requirements:

• Strong experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management

• Proven leadership experience managing operations or warehouse teams

• Process-driven, analytical, and execution-focused mindset

• Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics is highly preferred
