Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the front desk operations daily.
  • Ensure that all guest check-ins and check-outs are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage guest concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating front office staff performance regularly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Monitor room availability, rates, and maintain accurate reservation records systematically.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of all front desk employees.
  • Implement front office policies, procedures, and service standards effectively and consistently.
  • Analyze front office operations and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and service.
  • Generate and analyze regular reports on guest satisfaction and front desk operations.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service enhancement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a front office supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in front office management software and reservation systems is essential.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve guest issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
