Night Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday - 8:45am to 5pm New York Time (8:45pm - 5am Manila Time)
  • Friday - 8:45am to 3:45pm New York Time (8:45pm - 3:45am Manila Time)


Description:

The role will support the Office Care department with administrative tasks that require careful attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Assist with employee offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee profiles and records
  • Manage the training software, including assigning training to users as instructed
  • Support office-care administrative tasks and complete additional duties as assigned


Knowledge/skills/abilities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and internet navigation
  • Clear, diplomatic, and respectful communication skills
  • Strong reading comprehension


Education/experience required:

  • 2–3 years of previous HR or administrative experience with a proven record of meticulous work
  • Highly trustworthy and reliable
  • Sensitive to confidentiality and accuracy
  • Consistent in exceeding standard expectations and minimizing the need for supervisory correction.
  • Knowledge of general business operations
  • Attended at least 2 years in college
