Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)

1+ year of experience working in a U.S. personal injury law firm required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Assistant Demand Writer to support our personal injury pre-litigation team. You will gather and organize the key information our Demand Writers need to craft compelling settlement demands. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with medical records and familiar with personal injury case flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and review case documents including medical records, billing statements, and police reports
• Build treatment timelines and medical summaries to support demand preparation
• Track outstanding medical records and bills, and follow up with providers as needed
• Calculate medical damages (specials) and identify wage loss or lien details
• Maintain clean, organized digital files with properly labeled exhibits
• Compile supporting documents (photos, invoices, reports) for use in demand letters
• Communicate with clients when clarification or additional information is needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and treatment summaries
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with case management software (Filevine is a plus)
