Assistant Case Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Prior legal experience working with U.S. law firms and/or within domestic legal settings required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Case Manager to support the management of U.S. personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. You will handle document drafting, legal research, client communication, and case coordination, working closely with U.S. law firms to keep cases moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform legal research and case-specific analysis to support case strategy
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate case activities including scheduling, filings, and compliance checks
• Identify potential case issues and collaborate with legal teams on solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
• Experience in legal environments, particularly within U.S. law firms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal databases, and case management software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
