The Role

We’re seeking an AI Specialist who designs and deploys advanced machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges. This role is designed for professionals with a strong research background, deep expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and proven success in production AI systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping intelligent solutions through applied research, scalable deployment, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Location: Must be in the Philippines

Timezone: 8AM - 5PM CST / 9PM – 6AM Philippine Time

Employment: Full Time

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Proven track record of published research or production AI work in machine learning or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying machine learning models in real-world environments.
• Strong programming skills.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with Salesforce AI is preferred.
• Proficiency with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with software development best practices.
  
  

• Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets, including feature engineering and data quality assessment.
• Evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms to achieve optimal accuracy and efficiency.
• Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor them for performance and drift.
• Troubleshoot production AI systems and resolve issues in real time.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems.
• Present findings, recommendations, and technical insights to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for models, pipelines, and solution architectures.
• Conduct applied research to advance the organization's capabilities in AI and machine learning.
• Ensure AI solutions meet ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
