Job Role: Architectural Draftsperson

Compensation range: $3,000 AUD - $4,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

.Who The Client Is: This client is a residential home builder in New South Wales, specializing in obtaining approval and constructing high-quality, innovative homes such as, but not limited to, single-storey, double-storey, dual occupancies, Studios, granny flats, duplexes, secondary dwellings designs. They are known for their customer-focused approach, smooth building approvals, and commitment to delivering homes on time, on budget, and to a high standard of craftsmanship

.Role Overview: The Architectural Draftsperson is responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings and documentation for homes, ensuring all plans comply with NSW building regulations. This role involves liaising with internal teams and external consultants, supporting the building approval process, and assisting the Customer Experience team with 3D plan presentations. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding a high standard of design and drafting quality
