Architectural 3D Rendering Designer

Job Overview

You’ll be the creative force behind stunning 3D visualizations that help clients fall in love with their future homes. Working directly with clients and the internal team, you’ll transform architectural plans into compelling visual experiences that showcase possibilities and drive decision-making.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible within client business hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural layouts using AutoCAD, RoomSketcher, and other 3D rendering applications
• Transform building plans and technical drawings into high-quality 3D visualizations
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into renderings
• Develop multiple layout and design options for client selection and customization
• Apply various color schemes, materials, and finishes based on client preferences
• Manage client communications throughout the design iteration process
• Support the sales process by creating compelling visual presentations
• Maintain project timelines while ensuring quality standards across all deliverables

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3D rendering software, including AutoCAD and RoomSketcher
• Experience creating architectural visualizations and residential design renderings
• Experience in residential construction or home design projects is a plus
• Comfort working within iterative design processes and collaborative client environments
