Architect

This role involves creating compelling architectural and interior design concepts for both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will transform client visions into realistic designs, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and accurate technical details. You will work 40 hours/week during U.S hours and receive weekly payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design concepts for commercial and residential spaces
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations
• Transform client ideas, sketches, and inspiration into realistic design concepts
• Prepare space plans, layouts, elevations, and design drawings
• Work with measurements, dimensions, material estimates, and basic project calculations
• Use SketchUp and Foyr Neo to create models, renderings, and design presentations
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, and layout concepts
• Support both interior and architectural design needs from concept to presentation
• Ensure designs are practical, visually appealing, and aligned with client goa

Key Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, interior design, or architectural design for U.S clients
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial design work
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Foyr Neo or Chief Architect software is preferred
• Ability to transform ideas into polished, realistic design presentations
• Good understanding of dimensions, measurements, space planning, and basic calculations
• Creative eye for layouts, materials, finishes, and design details
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design direction
• Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based client
• Good English communication skills
