ArchiCAD Architectural Drafter

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented ArchiCAD Architectural Drafter to serve as a technical production partner. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into comprehensive, permit-ready, or construction-ready drawing packages, ensuring all technical documentation meets high industry standards.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation sets using ArchiCAD.
• Produce 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Assist in the creation and management of 3D BIM models.
• Coordinate with architects to implement design changes and technical revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with specific building codes and company layering standards.

Requirements

• High proficiency in ArchiCAD (BIM experience highly preferred).
• Background in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous ArchiCAD projects and documentation quality.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within strict project deadlines.
