Job Overview

You’ll be the vital connection between interested homeowners and life-changing solar installations. Working with warm leads who have already expressed interest in going solar, you’ll use your communication skills to schedule appointments that can transform both lives and the environment. This isn’t cold calling – these prospects want to hear from you, they just need the right timing and follow-up to move forward.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.40 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 20 hours per week, 5 days with potential to scale to 35+ hours per week; primary working hours 4-8 PM Eastern Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads daily who have opted in to receive callbacks
• Contact prospects via phone calls, emails, and text messages through GoHighLevel CRM
• Schedule appointments for solar consultations and installations
• Make strategic multiple contact attempts at optimal times to reach busy prospects
• Work during peak conversion hours (4-8 PM EST) when prospects are most available
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules in the CRM system
• Ensure consistent daily outreach to maximize appointment conversion rates
• Adapt communication approach based on prospect preferences and availability

Requirements

• Previous experience with outbound calling and lead follow-up
• Strong communication skills for phone, email, and text interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours
• Comfortable making multiple contact attempts with persistence and professionalism
• Bonus if you have experience with GoHighLevel CRM
• It helps if you have appointment-setting or sales-related experience
• Bonus if you’re familiar with the solar or home improvement industry
