Job Overview

We’re looking for a confident and personable Appointment Setter to engage with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in SEO and web design services through advertising campaigns.

This role focuses on qualifying warm leads, handling basic questions, and securing booked appointments for strategy or sales calls. There is no cold calling involved — prospects are expecting outreach.

The ideal candidate has a strong phone presence, speaks clear and natural English with an American-sounding accent, and understands how to turn interest into booked conversations.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $7.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound leads generated through active marketing campaigns
  • Qualify prospects based on basic business needs and readiness
  • Communicate high-level information about SEO and web design services
  • Answer common questions clearly and confidently
  • Secure and confirm booked appointments on the calendar
  • Follow up with warm leads to maximize booking and show rates
  • Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates
  • Represent the brand professionally, confidently, and with personality


Requirements

  • Clear, fluent English with an American-sounding accent/dialect
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or sales support
  • Confident phone presence with strong rapport-building skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO and/or web design (no technical execution required)
  • Results-driven mindset focused on booking qualified appointments
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable working with lead queues

Plus

  • Experience handling inbound leads from paid advertising
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools
  • Background in digital marketing, agencies, or service-based sales
