Type: Part-time to start (~20 hours/week, roughly 4-5 hours/day), with a clear path to full-time as the account grows
Coverage window: CST Time Zone coverage
About The Role
When a campaign goes out, most responses land within the first couple of hours. Some homeowners book directly on the calendar. Others text back with a question, reply to a voicemail, or stall out mid-conversation with our AI. Those are the moments that need a real person — someone who can step in, answer clearly, handle the back-and-forth, and get the appointment on the calendar.
You will be the human layer on top of our automation. Working inside our platform, you will move between multiple client accounts, monitor incoming conversations, respond quickly and professionally, and convert interested homeowners into booked appointments. Most of this happens over text, with some live inbound calls from homeowners returning voicemail drops or asking to speak with a person.
You are representing premium home improvement brands to their prospective customers, so how you write and how you carry a conversation directly reflects on them.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Response & Conversation Management
Monitor incoming conversations across multiple client accounts in our platform throughout your shift
Respond promptly to homeowner texts, questions, and replies generated by active marketing campaigns
Pick up and re-engage conversations where an AI thread has stalled or a homeowner has asked for a person
Keep responses clear, on-brand, and professional for each client you represent
Appointment Setting
Guide interested homeowners to a booked appointment, primarily over text
Handle basic objections and questions to move the conversation toward a scheduled slot
Book directly into client calendars and confirm details accurately
Inbound Call Handling
Take live inbound calls from homeowners returning ringless voicemail drops or requesting a representative
Answer questions and set appointments by phone when the conversation calls for it
Account & Platform Coordination
Switch cleanly between client sub-accounts without mixing up context or brand voice
Keep notes and conversation records accurate so nothing falls through the cracks
Flag high-volume or high-priority situations as accounts scale
Required Qualifications
Excellent written English — strong grammar, comprehension, and the ability to hold a natural, professional text conversation (this is the single most important requirement)
Prior experience setting appointments or working leads (SDR, appointment setter, inside sales, or similar)
Comfort managing conversations over text/SMS as the primary channel
Clear, professional spoken English for inbound calls (a light accent is fine; clarity and comprehension are what matter)
Ability to work the U.S. morning coverage window for your region and respond quickly during peak hours
Reliable internet, a quiet call environment, and a strong, self-directed work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a CRM / marketing automation platform, ideally GoHighLevel (or similar conversation-and-calendar systems)
Background in home improvement, home services, or another appointment-based sales environment
Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands at once
Track record of hitting appointment or conversion targets
Typing speed of 50+ WPM at high accuracy (all candidates are tested; 40+ WPM at 95% accuracy is the minimum)
Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong, natural communicator in writing — the kind of person whose texts read like a sharp, helpful human, not a script
Quick on your feet in a conversation and comfortable handling questions and light objections
Organized enough to juggle several client accounts without losing the thread
Self-directed and dependable during your coverage window, with minimal hand-holding
Motivated by results and comfortable in a role where booked appointments are the scoreboard
Professional enough to represent large, established brands to their customers
