π About the Role
This isnβt a "script-reading" position; itβs a high-impact role for a persuasive communicator who thrives on the hunt. π―
As the primary bridge between our digital marketing (Meta/Google Ads) and our Project Coordinators, you are the engine that drives our growth. We need a proactive professional who can transform warm interest into confirmed appointments while ensuring our English-speaking clients receive a world-class experience from the very first call. β
π Key Responsibilities
π² High-Volume Outbound Dialing
Call leads from Meta and Google ads immediately to qualify them and book on-site consultations.
π Lead Management
Master the CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage the sales pipeline, ensuring 100% follow-up β no lead left behind.
π€ The "Human" Touch
Follow up with existing clients to provide status updates and ensure they feel "looked after" throughout the project.
π Field Coordination
Ensure installers have the "specialty" details they need for daily jobs based on your discovery calls.
π¬ Rapport
Use your English fluency to build trust with a local client base.
π― Qualifications & Skills
π£ Natural Fluency
Must speak English with a natural, conversational flow and minimal accent. We value authenticity over robotic scripts.
π Bilingual Advantage
Fluency in both English and Spanish to navigate the construction industry landscape effectively would be beneficial.
πͺ Rejection Tolerance
You must be comfortable with outbound calling and possess the "thick skin" required for high-volume appointment setting.
π» Tech Savvy
Previous experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs is a massive plus.
π₯ Technical & Work Environment (Required)
To ensure seamless operations with our US-based team, all candidates must have:
