The Mission
Your objective is high-velocity conversion. Using a high-speed power dialer, you will be the primary engine of our sales funnel, turning outbound leads into confirmed, high-quality appointments for our sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum of 275 outbound calls per day using our automated dialing system.
• Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback and pivot conversations to secure booked appointments.
• Conversion Targets: Maintain a 15%+ call-to-appointment conversion rate to stay on track with team goals.
• Data Integrity: Accurately track activities and update CRM records to ensure a seamless handoff to the closing team.

• Technical Readiness: A stable, high-speed internet connection (50+ Mbps), a professional noise-canceling headset, and a quiet, dedicated home office.
