Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analytics Agent to support our data reporting and performance tracking efforts. This role will focus on analyzing internal data from eClinicalWorks (ECW) for NJ Primary Care & Sports Medicine and developing automated dashboards and reports to support operational and clinical decision-making.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract data from eClinicalWorks (ECW) related to operations, performance, and patient services.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards.
• Create automated daily reports and ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to customize reports based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working with eClinicalWorks (ECW).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and/or Power BI.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics or medical practice reporting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data compliance standards.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying (a plus).
