Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
  • Rate: Up to PHP397 per hour approximately PHP68,819 per month (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Analyst & Operations Associate to support both the operational and analytical functions of our advisory practice. This role begins with a strong operational and administrative foundation and evolves into deeper involvement in financial analysis, research, project execution, and client-facing deliverables.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote advisory environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive financial and strategic information.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Manage corporate expenses, reimbursements, and invoicing
  • Maintain and update CRM and internal database systems (HubSpot)
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and data rooms (OneDrive)
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of sensitive information
  • Manage limited executive calendar coordination and meeting logistics
  • Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
  • Perform financial statement data input and reconciliation in Excel
  • Support marketing execution, including newsletters, webinars, and virtual events

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across engagements
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate follow-ups and action items from internal and client meetings
  • Gradually assume ownership of defined workstreams and project components

Research & Financial Analysis

  • Conduct market, industry, and client research to support advisory engagements
  • Assist with due diligence by gathering, organizing, and reviewing documentation
  • Prepare research summaries, analytical reports, and presentation materials
  • Build, maintain, and update financial models for client and prospect engagements
  • Support the drafting of government incentive applications and confidential information memorandums (CIMs)
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a government incentives database, including program criteria, deadlines, and timelines


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, operations, analytics, or professional services support roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and financial statement modeling
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Proficiency with cloud-based document management tools (OneDrive, Google Drive)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with financial and confidential data
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Strong interest in corporate finance, advisory services, capital raising, M&A, or government incentives
