Job Overview

You’ll take complete ownership of reviving and optimizing a dormant but proven T-shirt business line on Amazon. This isn’t just product management – you’re rebuilding a revenue stream that previously generated six figures and has the potential to dwarf the company’s current sales. You’ll work directly with leadership who understands the value of this initiative, managing the entire Amazon presence for 30,000+ designs while having the autonomy to optimize for maximum performance. Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.50 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm CST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Perform bulk uploads of 30,000+ T-shirt designs using flat file management and Amazon Seller Central
  • Create and optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, images, and variations for maximum visibility
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Implement strategic promotions, deals, and coupons to boost sales performance
  • Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and seller reputation to maintain high standards
  • Track performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts
  • Optimize listings for search visibility and conversion rate improvement
  • Scale successful strategies across the entire product catalog


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace management
  • Strong expertise in flat file uploads and bulk product management (this is critical)
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Knowledge of product listing optimization best practices and SEO
  • Ability to efficiently manage large product catalogs (thousands of SKUs)
  • Customer service skills for handling inquiries and managing reviews
  • Analytical mindset for tracking performance and making data-driven decisions
  • Bonus if you have experience with inventory management and coordination
  • It helps if you’ve worked with apparel or lifestyle products before
