THE ROLE
As an Amazon Creative Strategist at IncubatorLab.ai, you will own creative strategy across the Amazon ecosystem, including Amazon listings, Amazon DSP, and marketplace-focused video creative.
This role requires strong independent judgment and deep familiarity with how customers make purchase decisions on Amazon. Unlike traditional DTC funnels, Amazon shoppers actively compare products side by side based on price, ratings, reviews, claims, packaging, main images, A+ content, and perceived value. Success in this role requires understanding those behaviors and turning marketplace insights into winning creative.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative strategies and hypotheses across Amazon listings, Amazon DSP, and video campaigns
- Analyze Amazon performance data to identify winning concepts and iteration opportunities
- Conduct product, consumer, competitor, and search-intent research
- Build creative angles from reviews, ratings, claims, pricing, and competitor gaps
- Write creative briefs, scripts, and testing plans for video and image assets
- Partner closely with designers, video editors, and creators to guide execution
- Review creative outputs and provide actionable feedback
- Develop marketplace-focused UGC and video creatives designed to improve Amazon conversion
- Track, synthesize, and communicate learnings from creative tests
- Turn Amazon performance insights into new creative concepts and testing plans
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, Amazon brand growth, or related fields
- Deep understanding of the Amazon customer journey and purchase decision process
- Strong experience with Amazon listing creative strategy, including:
- Main images
- Secondary images
- A+ Content
- Premium A+ Content
- Brand Storefronts
- Experience developing marketplace-focused creative that drives Amazon conversion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into creative direction
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Marketplace Video and UGC
- Amazon-focused UGC and creator-led content
- Product demonstration videos
- Comparison-based creatives
- Review-driven and testimonial-style ads
- Conversion-oriented video assets
Consumer and Competitive Insights
- Building creative angles from Amazon reviews, ratings, claims, pricing, and search intent
- Identifying competitor gaps and differentiation opportunities
- Turning Amazon performance data into new creative briefs, scripts, and testing plans
Ideal Industry Experience
Experience within highly competitive categories is strongly preferred:
- Supplements
- Health and wellness
- Beauty
- Oral care
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Amazon analytics and marketplace tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
- Familiarity with Amazon attribution and performance metrics
- Understanding of CTR, CVR, TACoS, CPA, and ROAS
- Experience collaborating with Amazon media buyers and growth teams
WORKING HOURS
Strong overlap with US EST business hours, Monday–Friday.
