AI Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Workflow & Automation Specialist to support a client in the automotive and agricultural sectors. In this independent contractor role, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflows and machine learning models to optimize operational efficiency and support data-based decision-making. You will integrate AI solutions across digital platforms, CRM systems, and operational tools while ensuring seamless connectivity through APIs. The ideal candidate excels in system integration, automation, and performance optimization, and can collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $9.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours a week

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

AI Workflow & Design Implementation

• Develop and implement AI workflows tailored to automotive and farm operations.
• Design machine learning models and AI-driven processes to support automation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

System Integration & CRM Automation

• Integrate AI solutions into existing digital, operational, and CRM systems.
• Develop and automate CRM-related workflows to streamline customer interactions, data management, and lead handling.
• Ensure smooth communication and interoperability between AI tools, CRM platforms, data sources, and other business systems.
• Work closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to align integration efforts with business objectives.

Performance Optimization

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize AI systems for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure AI models remain scalable and aligned with evolving business and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI workflows.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, and data processing techniques.
• Expertise in system integration, CRM automation, and API connectivity.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive, agriculture, or logistics sectors.
• Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance, or automation technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
