About The Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between AI technology, business needs, and successful client implementation. This role will be responsible for leading AI implementation projects, developing practical AI solutions, and working closely with clients to identify opportunities where AI can improve their processes, operations, and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI technologies and current market trends, combined with enough technical and coding knowledge to understand implementation requirements and work effectively with technical teams. This is a client-facing and semi-project management role, requiring strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate AI implementation projects from initial discovery and planning through implementation and delivery.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption.
• Develop AI implementation plans and solution roadmaps based on client requirements and business objectives.
• Identify and recommend appropriate AI tools, technologies, platforms, and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and implementation strategies.
• Provide high-level guidance on AI architecture, workflows, integrations, automation, and implementation processes.
• Work closely with developers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are implemented effectively.
• Support coding, testing, integration, and implementation activities as needed, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay current with AI market trends, emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and determine their potential business applications.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and client expectations at a high level.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution discussions, and implementation reviews.
• Clearly communicate complex AI concepts and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and develop creative solutions to technical and business problems.
• Provide recommendations for improving existing AI implementations and maximizing their business value.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new AI products, services, and solutions.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, AI solutions, software development, automation, technology consulting, or a related field.
• ⁠Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, tools, and implementation processes.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies, generative AI, LLMs, AI automation, APIs, and related solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development and coding/implementation processes.
• Ability to understand technical requirements, system integrations, APIs, and development workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting AI implementation or technology projects.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a consulting, solutions, or implementation capacity.
• Strong project coordination or project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ⁠Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and business-focused manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative and innovative approach to developing AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing AI-powered business solutions.
• ⁠Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, automation platforms, or AI APIs.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM, ERP, workflow automation, or other business systems.
• Experience creating AI roadmaps, implementation plans, or technical proposals for clients.
• Previous experience managing teams or leading technical projects.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting or solutions engineering role.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
