About The Role
As an AI Solutions Engineer, youll be at the front line of working directly with clients to assess their operations, identify AI opportunities, and implement tools that drive real business outcomes. Responsibilities
Consult with U.S.-based clients to assess their current workflows and identify high-impact AI implementation opportunities
Design and recommend AI toolstacks tailored to each clients industry, team size, and goals
Hands-on implementation of AI tools — from setup and integration to training and handoff
Build and document AI-powered workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client teams
Train client staff on adopted tools and coach them toward self-sufficiency
Stay current on emerging AI platforms, models, and use cases — and bring recommendations proactively
Contribute to internal knowledge-building, playbooks, and case studies as the team scales
Required Skills & Qualifications
High AI Tool Expertise with at least 5 of the following -
LLM Platforms: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google)
AI Automation & Workflow Tools: Zapier AI, Make (Integromat), n8n
AI Agents & Orchestration: LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks
AI Content & Creative Tools: Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, Runway, or equivalent
AI for Productivity & Business Ops: Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, Google Workspace AI features
AI for Data & Reporting: Tableau AI, Power BI with Copilot, or similar
Prompt Engineering - Advanced prompting techniques including chain-of-thought, few-shot, and prompt pipeline design
Core Competencies
Strong understanding of how LLMs work and their real-world business applications
Ability to map business problems to AI solutions — not just recommend tools, but implement them
Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Self-directed and deeply curious — you keep up with AI news as a habit, not a chore
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (full or partial overlap required)
Strong written and spoken English
Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:

Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
