AI Media Creation And Compositing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Specialist with real, hands-on expertise in generative media production. 

This role requires strong proficiency in image, video, and digital compositing, paired with a deep understanding of emerging AI tools. You will support our creative pipeline by producing photorealistic synthetic content, rough cuts for editors, and high-quality visual assets based on internal requests. 

This is a technical, production-driven role suited for candidates who consistently deliver precision, photorealism, and reliability.

Research & Development

• Test new AI tools and workflows regularly
• Monitor relevant AI communities and industry updates
• Support internal teams in the use of generative tools

Content Generation

• Replace real actors using HeyGen or similar tools
• Generate high-quality English audio (American accent)
• Enhance web-sourced images via Photoshop
• Produce rough video clips for final editing

On-Demand Clip Creation

• Receive requests through ClickUp
• Deliver specific clips (hooks, ingredient breakdowns, variations, etc.)

Image Requests

• Before/after images
• Landing page imagery
• Premium product images set in varied environments

• Maintain consistent photorealism across all generated assets
• Continuously refine production workflows using new AI tools
• Ensure quick turnaround on content requests
• Deliver multi-shot sequences and clip variations for video editors
• Produce product-based imagery suitable for ads and creative testing
• Assist in graphical transitions/animations during brand updates

• 1–2 years of hands-on generative AI experience
• Proven skills in Photoshop, Premiere, or digital compositing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating image/video generation and photorealism
• Ability to create synthetic actors, before/after sets, and product imagery
• Highly detailed list of all AI tools you can operate
• Screenshot and technical specifications of your workstation
• Ability to work at least 5 hours overlapping with CET
• Located preferably between Europe and the Philippines

• Generative AI tools (HeyGen or equivalent)
• Adobe Photoshop

• Digital compositing software

• People who call themselves “AI Specialists” because they know how to use ChatGPT or run a Veo prompt
• Anyone without a solid portfolio of actual image/video work
• Candidates lacking Photoshop, Premiere, or digital compositing skills
• Individuals who do not follow AI industry trends or who only use “one-click” generators
• People who struggle with photorealistic output quality
• Applicants outside CET-overlapping regions (e.g., South America)
