AI Marketing Funnel Specialist

Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Virtual Marketing & AI Assistant to support the CEO of a global brand growth consultancy. This role is ideal for a fast-learning, tech-savvy marketer who is confident with AI tools, funnel building, and multi-platform marketing execution.

You’ll work closely with the founder to bring new digital products and campaigns to life — turning ideas into well-planned, high-converting systems. Initially part-time (15-20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Job Highlights:

• Hourly Rate: USD 6, the equivalent in your local currency
• Paid Hours per Week: 15–20 hours per week to start
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, with dedicated availability during agreed hours (AEST)
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing strategies across multiple platforms (GHL, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, SamCart, Shopify, etc.) Watching training and implementing
• Assist in developing and launching new AI personas and “AI clone” products for founders, coaches, and educators
• Build and optimise sales funnels, landing pages, and automations
• Write high-converting copy for websites, emails, social media, and ads
• Support with content implementation and repurposing across platforms
• Execute both paid advertising and organic social media strategies
• Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Provide weekly performance reports and improvement recommendations
• Manage project timelines and deliverables — ensuring tasks are executed efficiently

Hours & Availability:

• 15–20 hours per week to start
• Available during Australian business hours for at least a portion of the day (Tuesdays to Fridays)
• Potential to transition into a full-time role

Requirements:

• Must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven experience working with marketing or creative agencies, founders, or personal brands
• Strong skills in AI tools and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, OpusClip, etc.)
• Experience creating or managing AI personas or chatbots is highly valued
• Advanced proficiency in marketing funnel platforms (e.g., Go High Level, ClickFunnels,
• SamCart, Kajabi, Shopify, Kleq etc.)
• Excellent copywriting and marketing execution skills
• Familiar with Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing
• Strong project management skills — able to plan, implement, and execute with
• minimal supervision
• Creative problem solver with a growth mindset and attention to detail
• Portfolio showcasing previous marketing or AI-related projects
