Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of advertising campaigns, with hands-on management across multiple paid and directory channels.
• Develop and optimise landing pages with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
• Analyse conversion and deal-creation data and feed insights back into advertising strategy.
• Conceptualise and create compelling advertising creatives, including static images and video.
• Optimise advertising spend and overall campaign performance.
• Identify and test new advertising channels, tools, platforms, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to connect advertising activity with pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Tools & Platform Experience

Experience with a range of the following platforms and tools is highly desirable:

• Pay-per-click platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
• Social advertising platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• B2B directory and review platforms
• WordPress
• HubSpot
• Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• AI tools for marketing and creative production
• Landing page and CRO platforms such as Unbounce

Qualifications & Experience

• Documented evidence of campaigns you have personally developed, managed, and optimised.
• Demonstrated results across return on ad spend, lead generation, and cost-per-lead reduction.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, attribution, funnel optimisation, and campaign experimentation.
• Experience working with B2B, technology, or SaaS businesses is highly desirable.

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Contribution to qualified pipeline and closed-won revenue.
• Reduction in customer acquisition costs.
• Identification of high-performing channels and campaigns.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuous improvement in campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Extensive hands-on experience running and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
• Background or experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, while also comfortable working autonomously.
• Creative thinker with a willingness to experiment and challenge conventional approaches.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing activity contributes to revenue.
• Highly analytical, curious, and results-driven.
