Job Summary

We’re hiring an AI Visual Content Specialist to produce photoreal and cinematic-grade AI images and videos — from “studio film still” quality to UGC / iPhone-native realism — and to build the systems that make production repeatable: SOPs, prompt libraries, structured prompt templates (including JSON/schema-style prompts), tutorials, and internal enablement.

This role is equal parts creator + technologist + educator. You’ll continuously scout the latest generation tools, design reliable workflows, and partner with Marketing to ship high-performing assets built to win on social (TikTok / Instagram / Shorts / X).

Core Responsibilities1) Generate High-Performing AI Visuals (Daily Output)

• Create hyper-realistic cinematic images/videos with film-still aesthetics, controlled lighting, natural skin texture, high dynamic range, and believable motion
• Produce UGC / smartphone-native realism with casual framing, natural lighting, and authentic artifacts
• Deliver social-ready creative: hooks, thumbnail frames, story sequences, short-form edits, and A/B test variants

2) Tool Scouting & Maintaining a Best-in-Class Stack

• Track and evaluate emerging image/video generation models, enhancement tools, identity consistency tools, and motion pipelines
• Run internal bench tests and document quality, speed, cost, consistency, safety, and scalability

3) SOPs, Prompt Libraries & Structured Prompt Systems

• Build prompt libraries covering cinematic visuals, UGC, product shots, influencer lifestyle, environments, lighting setups, camera language, wardrobe, poses, and brand themes
• Develop standardized prompt frameworks with modular blocks and structured templates (JSON-style schemas, parameter sets, negative prompts, seed guidance)
• Create reusable production recipes for identity consistency, outfits, locations, shot lists, and editorial style

4) Education & Internal Enablement

• Record and maintain Loom-style tutorials and documentation covering:
• End-to-end AI influencer content creation
• Prompting for realism, identity consistency, and cinematic language
• Troubleshooting common visual failures
• Provide internal support through knowledge sharing and rapid problem-solving

5) Marketing Collaboration & Viral Execution

• Translate marketing strategy into creative assets including viral formats, trend templates, story arcs, and UGC sequences
• Deliver platform-ready packages with variants, aspect ratios, thumbnails, and native formatting

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to generate photoreal cinematic AI visuals and believable UGC realism
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, lens language, depth of field, motion blur, and texture realism
• Advanced prompting skills including iteration, negative prompting, and style consistency
• Comfort with structured prompts, parameter schemas, and documentation workflows
• Ability to build repeatable systems and teach them clearly

Preferred Skills

• Video pipeline knowledge: sequencing, motion consistency, interpolation, enhancement workflows
• Basic post-production experience: color, sharpening, cleanup, compositing, light VFX
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and A/B iteration
• Experience producing training materials or internal documentation

Tool Familiarity

Experience across modern AI production workflows is valued, including:

• Text-to-image, image-to-image, inpainting/outpainting
• Text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video
• Upscaling and artifact cleanup tools
• Prompt management and structured parameter workflows
