Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Role Summary/Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, grow, and manage our clients affiliate program.

Job Highlights

• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1-hr unpaid break | Eastern time (Flexible start & stop time)
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale the company’s affiliate marketing program.
• Source, recruit, and onboard affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content-driven platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing ongoing guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Track affiliate performance, engagement, and revenue contribution using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Optimize affiliate partnerships, campaigns, and commission structures to drive growth.
• Advise affiliates on content strategy, promotions, and best practices.
• Identify high-performing affiliates to scale and underperforming partnerships to improve or sunset.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and leadership teams to align affiliate initiatives with company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliates or creators
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok Affiliate, Instagram, and YouTube, including content trends and creator ecosystems
• Experience developing and maintaining long-term affiliate or influencer relationships
• Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, commission structures, tracking links, and performance optimization
• Ability to analyze affiliate performance data and provide clear, actionable insights through regular reporting
• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., affiliate platforms, dashboards, or similar tools)
• Experience ensuring brand alignment and compliance across affiliate content

Highly regarded experience and knowledge:

• Experience working in remote or fast-growing startup environments
• Basic graphic, video, or content editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc)
