Location: Remote – Open to any global locations

Salary Range: 1200 – 1500 USD/month, depending on proven affiliate management experience and strong English fluency

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and growth-driven Affiliate Manager to help build and scale our affiliate program from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who loves both relationship management and performance tracking — and is excited to drive real impact through creator partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners, including influencers, content creators, and online communities.
• Manage affiliate platforms (e.g., Refersion, Tapfiliate, Social Snowball) to track sales and partner performance.
• Build and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and campaign trackers.
• Create and distribute assets, updates, and guidance to help affiliates succeed.
• Monitor and report on affiliate campaign performance, payouts, and ROI.
• Foster strong relationships with top affiliates and keep them engaged and motivated.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to ensure alignment with broader brand strategy.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing affiliate or influencer programs, ideally in a DTC e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify (viewing orders, tracking affiliate-driven sales, pulling reports).
• Comfortable using affiliate platforms such as Refersion, Tapfiliate, or Social Snowball.
• Proactive, highly organized, and outcome-oriented.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in the health, wellness, or performance space.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Copywriting or content creation experience (for affiliate outreach or promotional copy).
• Experience creating dashboards or campaign reports (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable).
• Basic design or video editing skills for promotional content.
• Prior experience with paid media, funnels, or creator partnerships.
• Ability to overlap partially with U.S. time zones if not based in MST.
