Affiliate Manager Philippines

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team. This role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. This will be the first person on the team who will be responsible for attracting partners in the Philippines market for our new product. You will have the opportunity to take the initiative on new projects to improve the affiliate program as a product.

Tasks

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models in the Philippines market.
• Conduct daily affiliate prospecting and outreach.
• Process and qualify incoming affiliate leads on a daily basis.
• Manage, maintain, and develop relationships with existing affiliates.
• Coordinate and manage affiliate payouts in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Monitor affiliate traffic for fraud and policy violations.
• Handle affiliate inquiries and provide ongoing support and assistance.
• Initiate and participate in projects aimed at improving the affiliate program and its performance.
• Represent the company at internal and international affiliate events, both remotely and onsite (meet-ups, conferences, business trips).
• Collect feedback from affiliates and report insights and recommendations to the Team Lead.
• Analyze performance data and create detailed reports to support decision-making.
  
  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Experience in Forex or other financial verticals is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
• An existing network or portfolio of trusted affiliates or affiliate networks in the Philippines is considered a significant advantage.
