The Affiliate & Influencer Manager will be responsible for growing DojoTrader's affiliate, referral, influencer, and ambassador programs.
This role will focus on building strategic relationships with trading influencers, educators, content creators, and community leaders to increase brand awareness and acquire high-quality traders.
Working closely with the Community Manager and Trading Educator, you'll help expand DojoTrader's presence across trading communities while driving measurable growth through partnership channels.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates within the futures, crypto, forex, investing, and trading education sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
Develop initiatives to increase affiliate-driven trader registrations, challenge purchases, and funded account participation.
Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and partner productivity.
Manage commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure affiliates are equipped with the tools and resources needed to promote DojoTrader effectively.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and recruit trading influencers, educators, YouTubers, streamers, and content creators.
Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, referral arrangements, and long-term collaborations.
Manage creator campaigns from onboarding through performance review.
Coordinate promotional initiatives across YouTube, X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, TikTok, podcasts, newsletters, and other relevant channels.
Build a network of trusted creators and industry advocates who align with the DojoTrader brand.
Referral & Ambassador Programs
Develop and optimize referral and ambassador programs designed to drive trader acquisition.
Identify high-performing affiliates, creators, and community advocates for ambassador opportunities.
Create incentive structures that encourage long-term partner engagement and performance.
Continuously improve referral and partnership programs based on performance data and industry trends.
Performance & Analytics
Track and report on affiliate, influencer, referral, and ambassador program performance.
Monitor key metrics including trader registrations, evaluation purchases, conversion rates, CPA, CAC, and ROI.
Analyze partnership effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.
Maintain accurate attribution and reporting across partnership channels.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify partnership opportunities with trading communities, educational brands, software providers, trading tools, media outlets, and industry organizations.
Establish relationships that expand DojoTrader's reach and strengthen its position within the trading ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership-driven marketing campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, business development, or growth marketing.
Proven success managing affiliate, referral, influencer, or ambassador programs.
Familiarity with trading, futures, forex, crypto, fintech, brokerage, prop firm, or Web3 environments.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience working with creators, influencers, affiliates, or strategic partners.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking acquisition and campaign performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working for a prop firm, brokerage, trading platform, crypto exchange, or financial education company.
Existing network of trading influencers, educators, creators, or affiliate partners.
Strong understanding of futures, crypto, forex, and retail trader behavior.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, referral systems, attribution tracking, and partnership management tools.
Experience scaling creator, ambassador, or affiliate programs.
