Job Description: You’ll be the operational backbone for a multi-faceted construction and real estate business, combining financial organization with administrative excellence. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across two exciting industries while helping streamline operations and catch up on critical bookkeeping. You’ll start with intensive financial cleanup work and transition into ongoing support that spans everything from construction project coordination to real estate transaction assistance. This position offers clear growth potential from part-time to full-time as the business expands.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 6.30, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per week: 20
  • Schedule: 4 hours per day between Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile 12-18 months of business and personal financial transactions using QuickBooks
  • Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks for construction consulting work
  • Perform data entry across multiple CRM systems including GoHighLevel
  • Assist with construction estimate preparation after initial training period
  • Handle ongoing maintenance bookkeeping and financial record organization
  • Utilize AI productivity tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to enhance efficiency
  • Support real estate transaction documentation and administrative processes
  • Learn and operate construction-specific software (Houzz Pro) with provided training
  • Creating business documents like P&L, financial overview for taxes and monthly financial reporting for both business and personal.


Requirements:

  • You bring solid bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks and strong administrative skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is essential, with GoHighLevel knowledge being a major bonus.
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
  • Must have intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot helps you work smarter.
  • You handle sensitive financial information with complete discretion and have exceptional attention to detail for financial reconciliation work.
  • Bonus if you have construction or real estate industry experience.
