Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize email communications efficiently
  • Schedule and input appointments into calendar systems
  • Coordinate and manage travel planning arrangements
  • Complete general secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Ensure daily work completion by 5-6 PM Central Time for next-day preparation
  • Maintain consistent communication and availability during working hours
  • Organize workflows to support smooth daily operations
  • Handle multiple administrative priorities with attention to detail


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of virtual assistant or administrative experience
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear speaking ability
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with backup connectivity options
  • Proficiency with email management and calendar systems
  • Experience with travel planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bonus if you have experience with multiple administrative software platforms
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with flexible scheduling within set deadlines



Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
